I made a long overdue visit to Bath to see my childhood best friend, Fiona a few weeks ago because she was graduating and it just did not make sense that we were both in the UK yet not seeing each other. ;) It was a lovely time of catching up and sharing about our future. Thanks to her hospitality, I had a great time seeing Bath. I especially enjoyed seeing the parks she goes for her usual runs, the cafes she enjoys, the hill to her university, the supermarket she usually shops in, the canal and river walks, the bus stop in front of the Abbey where she takes her bus to uni from, etc. On the second day (next post), she also graciously brought me to do some touristy things and saw what I needed to see in Bath.
