Ice cream and sunset

I found a new Sabah-made ice cream made with local ingredients while browsing food blogs by Sabahans a few days ago so we decided to go try it. Coincidentally, this small Sabah Froz Ice Creamery is located at the beautiful Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty. After dad finished his work for the day and after we did some errands in town, the three of us went there for ice cream and sunset.
It is such a blessing to be able to enjoy leisurely evenings like this at home in KK with my family and to enjoy the splendid sunset view that He has painted the sky with. And of course, being our family, we took some photos too.

October cafe in KK

It was such a nice afternoon being able to go to this Korean cafe on a little hill in KK with Esther. We enjoyed the time chatting about life and about the cute little animal lattes we got from the baristas. (I was so excited to finally have a green tea latte with a cute bear design on it, which is something that I have wanted since following all those Asian instagram accounts full of cute cafe things. Sara and I tried to find the cat latte art cafe in Singapore when we were there in December but we were disappointed because the baristas there no longer do the design). The cafe was so photogenic so I took a lot of pictures on my phone.  The owner of the cafe named it October because that is when South Korea is in its most beautiful season.
Esther, thank you for encouraging me with your sharing about life and it's nice to have a friend to talk  to about serving God, how to be confident in the Lord, and to spur each other on in being faithful in our daily devotion time with God and so on. May God continue to bless your serving as a pastor here in KK.
