Autumn at Regent Park, London 2013

-Have I told you guys about my obsession with K.choi's vlogs and videos recently? Watching her study, cook, go outdoors, travel, exercise always inspire me to be more proactive in doing things/living each day more fully. Her video editing style is so on point (the music and the way she captures the footages) and I like the way she talks (as if to a friend).
-While young people all over are loving BTS, I am excited for the Nov 6 comeback of the ajusshi boy band *cough* Super Junior. Seriously, you just can't go wrong with your first kpop boy band love.
-Creative, get-to-work, documenting memories kind of inspiration from Elise's blog again.
-I'm always dreaming of the UK and going back to visit the cloudy, dreary good-ol' grey weather country. The Londoner with her beautifully-taken photos and adventures help with this.
-My recent favourite instagram people to follow: kerriganwadejo.sophia & flynnandfancy
-Just finished this really sweet kdrama set in 1979. I love simple stories like this, with a dose of heart-tugging sweetness to the directing and acting which capture the viewer's (my) heart.
-Song on repeat lately: I shall not want by Audrey Assad
-Learning: How to sketch at this really helpful page I want to draw for beginners
Ok, that's it for now.

old home

I was back in York, my first home in England this past weekend with COCM's gospel team so I snapped some photos of this beautiful city using my phone. It was good to see old and new brothers and sisters in the church and to enjoy the beauty of autumn in this northern part of England.

Lancaster gospel team event

So, I have been going out with the cocm gospel team for 13 events already this autumn and I would like to share a bit of what going out with the team looks like each time. The day usually goes like this: morning group prayer and worship time before leaving COCM, car ride to the destination, passing out flyers, setting up equipments at the venue, prayer and worship time with local brothers and sisters from the fellowship/church, rehearsal time, dinner and conversation time with the students who come, the programme starts, conversation with the students who make the decision to accept Christ or are interested to know more about the faith, pack up, go home/to host homes.
not forgetting some selfie times in between

Autumn days

Sometimes I make simple things too complicated, even writing a blog post, which is why I haven't been sharing much. I often try to blog only when I can craft a detailed post about my life lately but because life has been so full and busy, I never get to it because I want to wait till I have a proper time to do it. Anyway, I have slowly learned that this "ideal" is not going to happen so it's better for me to just share some snapshots from these autumn days before winter comes again (it is actually already coming since we just adjusted our clock one hour back for the winter time).
It has been another weekend of serving with the cocm gospel team outside of Milton Keynes so I get a day of rest today (Monday). Here are some autumn goodies we made at the centre.

The most beautiful season

fall in Milton Keynes
Yes, autumn/fall is my favourite season. I just love the colours, the leaves, the cool temperature, the food associated with it (apples, pumpkin...), excuses to go somewhere indoor and have a cup of coffee kind of days, and scarfs.
Even though it is the most beautiful season of the year, it is also the busiest for me. Lots of studying need to be done and I have been traveling a bit during the weekends with the COCM gospel team to hold evangelistic nights for new Chinese students in the UK. Church and fellowship here in Bristol have been a big part of my life this season, in addition to learning how to live better (cooking, exercising, trying to work on discipline etc).
Here are some photos from here and there that I took within the last two months.
Wishing you a happy October while it is still here!
