I'm finally getting around to organising my photos from August last year so here are some shots from around the Chinatown area in London. Prior to going to London, I did not realise that you could just walk from Chinatown to Trafalgar Square to Buckingham Palace, and have access to the broadway theatres all in the same area. It was pretty cool to see how close things were to each other. :)

Destination London

The first three photos, which I really like, are taken by dad. We took so many photos on this trip but it was fun doing so and to have photos to look through now. It's the last week of 2013, I hope you are spending it well. :) I'm off to COCM's year end student camp again tomorrow so I'll say happy new year here first!

London-checked.
I was able to finally put a check mark on the list of cities to visit for London after all these years. I guess my earliest impressions of London would include: red double decker buses (like the ones on this one keropok packaging, if you know what I mean), every child's play song "London bridge is falling down" (which I found out was partly true because the London bridge--not the Tower bridge--did spoil and had to be repaired), the movie "Parent Trap" (all the white buildings, streets bustling with taxis, zebra crossings...), River Thames, and the royal family.
It was a lovely visit with my mom and grandma. London, I will be back. :)
