On Wednesday (a public holiday) last week, we went on a walk at the Kuching old town and waterfront, which are my favourite places in Kuching. It's so leisurely and we discovered new paths and art that we haven't seen before.
I wanted to take some portraits of my parents because I realised we didn't take any proper photos for my dad's 55th birthday and this spot in front of the James Brooke Bistro was so green and nice.
After watching the River Cruise go by, we kept walking along the waterfront towards the direction of the hotels.
...and we found this trendy wall art gallery drawn by UNIMAS students, which means more portraits taking!
Aunty (who rarely wants to have her pictures taken) was influenced by our enthusiasm for photos taking and requested for a photo with my mom.
Hornbill, the Dayak people, cat, and crocodile are all motifs that represent Sarawak.
Donut boats/floating restaurants:
It looks like the cat is peeking at us.
Hello kucing.
Golden sunset sky and the sampan driver
After that, we walked to the Junk to have dinner.
